2. Nature of Platform

netrobd.com operates as an online marketplace and service facilitator providing: • Food Delivery • Grocery Delivery • E-commerce Sales • Online Marketplace Services We act solely as an intermediary (facilitator) between Buyers (Customers) and Sellers/Merchants. All commercial terms such as pricing, taxes, shipping cost, warranties, product availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales service are agreed upon directly between the Buyer and the Merchant. netrobd.com does not: • Control or determine product pricing • Guarantee product quality • Take ownership of products listed on the Platform

 

3. Merchant & Product Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for: • Product quality and legality • Accurate pricing and descriptions • Product availability • Correct order fulfillment netrobd.com shall not be liable for: • Incorrect orders served by restaurants/shops • Items being out of stock • Unsatisfactory product quality • Delays caused by merchants • Differences between product images and actual products All product images are for representation purposes only and may vary from the actual item delivered.

 

4. Orders & Delivery

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary. • Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement. • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the customer, the order may be considered delivered. • Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery location changes. • Once the order is delivered, our responsibility ends. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to: • Product unavailability • Out-of-coverage area • Payment failure • Any unavoidable circumstances

 

5. Payments

We accept payments via: • bKash • Nagad • Rocket • Bank Transfer • Debit/Credit Cards Online payments are processed through approved third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers. You agree: • To use only payment methods legally owned by you • To provide accurate payment information • That you are responsible for maintaining payment security netrobd.com shall not be liable for unauthorized use of your payment method.

 

6. Account Responsibility

You agree to: • Provide accurate registration information • Maintain confidentiality of your account • Not share login credentials We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

 

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not: • Engage in fraudulent transactions • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content • Violate intellectual property rights • Impersonate another person • Harass delivery riders, merchants, or other users • Attempt to damage or disrupt the Platform Violation may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

netrobd.com acts only as a facilitator. We shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss arising from merchant misconduct • Service interruptions beyond our control

 

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. Cancellation & Refund

Orders may be cancelled subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method, subject to verification and approval.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.
